======================================================================================
STEPS:
1. Make a subdirectory or folder for all your stuffs. For example, md c:\mywebpag
2. Create your own homepage or surf to one you like and do a "SaveAs" to say c:\mywebpag\index.htm.
3. Add *.GIF,*. JPGS,*.ETC files from your disk cache to your folder.
4. Change your browser's startup homepage to say: file:///c:/mywebpag/index.htm
5. Use a vanilla ASCII editor (or better!) to make changes as needed
6. Move (Copy & Paste) your favorite 'bookmarks' to your homepage file:index.htm
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 ... ad nauseum.
